DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Clef Dorée ensures deliveries worldwide.
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email then a second email with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.
During busy periods, order preparation may take 48 hours or 2 working days.
The choice of carrier and price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of products and basket amount, as well as the shipping country.
- DELIVERY:
We always bring a great care in packaging your packages in order to avoid any problems during transport. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart based on your items and free from 50€ purchase . Shipping costs include:
- administrative fees
- preparation, packaging and protection of packages
- handling and logistics linked to your order
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
Our shipping service ships Monday through Friday (except holidays). Any order placed before noon is shipped the same day. Orders are shipped within 24 working hours at the latest

But if the order is placed between Friday 12 p.m. and Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
From the time your order is shipped, generally count between 4 to 8
working days depending on your delivery address to receive your package in your mailbox.
DELIVERY METHOD:
Most of our shipments are made by letter followed by La Poste and insured against:
- the loss
- flights
- the spoliations
- transport damage.
Your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox without signature. However, the orders over €85 will only be given against signature (at our expense).
A tracking number
can be given to you by simple request by email as soon as your package is shipped, you will be able to track your package via the website www.laposte.fr.
DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery is made within an average time estimated by La Poste for the different destinations:
- To mainland France & Monaco:
4 to 8 working days
- To all countries of the European Union (excluding Metropolitan France and Monaco) & DOM TOM: 8 to 15 working days
- To the rest of the world: 12 to 18 working days
Delivery times are given as an indication, we are not responsible for failure to meet delivery times by the carrier.
DESTINATION:
We we deliver worldwide but our shipments are monitored and insured for the following destinations: France (Metropolitan + overseas territories), all European Union countries, Switzerland, Saint-Barthélémy, Monaco, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia , Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, United States.

- SATISFIED OR REFUNDED GUARANTEE
In accordance with the provisions of articles L 121-16 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days (from receipt of the items) to return them. We have increased this deadline to 21 days . You can return the jewelry without having to justify it . Only return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of an error attributable to Clef Dorée or its service providers (error in the order, forgetting a product), we undertake to cover the entire cost of returning the product.
Upon receipt of the return of your order, and provided that it is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we undertake to reimburse you (according to the initial payment method) within a maximum of 14 days.
